60th OFFICIAL CONVENTION CALL

November 7, 2007

On behalf of the Western Region Leadership Team, it is our pleasure to provide the Official Convention Call for the 60th Western Region Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The convention will be held April 17 through April 20, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. Your hosts will be the brothers of Omicron Tau and Delta Psi Lambda Chapters. The entire Rocky Mountain District and the Western Region Leadership Team are planning a 60th Anniversary Convention worthy of your attendance.

With “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All” as our continual guide for the next century of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., this year’s convention theme, “Return to Excellence, Strive for Perfection” will truly be embodied by all who attend.

The convention will offer guidance on the implementation of our national programs and special projects, opportunities for personal and fraternal development, an informational/interactive health fair, and a workshop regarding estate planning. As your Western Region Vice President and Western Region Assistant Vice President, we implore you to join the brotherhood in Denver as we return to the place of our beginnings in an Alpha Excellence manner as well as strive to perfect all that we do.
