The Western Region Leadership Team will assemble to plan the upcoming fraternal year’s activities for the entire region. The Western Region Leadership Conference will occur on November 8, 2008 at the University Place Hotel in Portland, Oregon. All regional leaders are required to participate in the important planning and training meeting. The leadership team includes, but is not limited to; all district directors, assistant district directors, area directors, assistant area directors, chapter presidents, regional appointees to national positions, and regional committee chairs. All past regional vice presidents are invited to attend and share their wisdom.
A special invitation is extended to all candidates for regional vice president and assistant vice president. This conference will provide an excellent candidate’s forum for announcing their platform and vision for the future of the Western Region.

The tentative agenda for this important conference is attached. All leaders are required to submit a written report by October 31, 2008 to vpwest@apa1906.net. If you are unable to attend, please contact the Regional Vice President to arrange for delegation, proxy, and report submission. Additionally, the Western Region College Brothers’ Retreat will occur on November 7 and 8, 2008 in Portland.
